The software programs listed
above, as with all DSTAR products, are available to the member
utilities participating in the respective DSTAR programs. For
electric utilities located in North America, these programs are
not available on an individual basis. North American electric
utilities are invited to join DSTAR and receive rights for
unlimited internal usage of all programs developed within a
particular DSTAR program.
