Distribution Systems Testing, Application and Research

Distribution Research and Development for Today's Competitive Utility Environment

The Distribution Systems Testing, Application, and Research (DSTAR) program is a cooperative research effort supported by individual utilities and utility organizations.

DSTAR offers utilities a cost-effective and responsive means of addressing urgent problems that require near-term solutions. By cooperatively funding the research with other utilities, each member substantially leverages their research investment.
