DSTAR Fall 2015 Meeting - Schenectady, NY

DSTAR (Distribution Systems Testing Application and Research) is a consortium of distribution utilities in North America organized to collaboratively fund pragmatic distribution research and development. For almost 30 years, DSTAR has been working with members to develop engineering guidelines, whitepapers and software that deliver value to its members. For a list of projects, click here.
